Individual and Business Taxation
We use cutting-edge software products to assist us in the preparation of individual and business tax returns. During the past "tax season", we prepared more than 1,200 individual and business returns for our clients. We have the capabilities to prepare tax returns for all states which impose a tax. In addition, we prepare some Canadian returns for our clients who are "neighbors to the north".
Business Financial Services
Where do our clients go to get business advice? Naturally, we are there to provide the kind of consulting that clients need to make decisions concerning matters such as business sales and acquisitions, mortgage affordability, employment-related issues and expansion plans. We are there when our clients need us to interact on their behalf with attorneys, bankers and other consultants. In a complete personal service business such as ours, we have come to "expect the unexpected" as we continue to earn our clients' confidence, no matter what the arena.
Accounting and Auditing Services
We stand by ready to handle all of your accounting and auditing needs. If you have a full-service accounting department, we are there to support it; if you need more help, we can code and enter all of your transactions for you. Our firm has gone through "peer review" successfully, as required by our professional standards board. That means that other CPAs have approved our ability to perform compilations, reviews and audits. Therefore, the financial statements which go to banks and other lenders are assured of acceptance, making our clients' banking relationships that much easier.
Other Services
